Geriatric Team essentially consists of the Doctor, Nurse and the physiotherapist.

MERS is a distress system developed to handle emergencies at Home. Members can call our dedicated helpline 24X7 and talk to registered nurse and to the doctor about any health concern. The nurse will also visit the member at home within a short response time( depending on geographical location) in case needed. If the condition requires admission to Tertiary center, the nurse will arrange ambulance and facilitate the transfer to nearest Hospital.

If you inform us about your absence from the city well ahead, we can keep your membership on hold for the same months. Once you come back, your membership will be re-activated and you will be entitled for rest of the membership period( total of 12 months of active membership).

No. The membership fees is only for the services mentioned in the concerned package list. For example, clinic membership of 4500 entitles only for 12 consultations by the geriatric team, 6 telemedicines consult, Master Health Check up and access to privileged features. Medication bills, lab tests, emergency visits by nurses will be billed separately.

Though the purpose is to keep the membership term for a year, we are open in providing the enlisted services on a flexible basis. Consultations can be availed as per the requirement.
